We deliver to more than 200 countries around the world.

All our international parcels are shipped via postal service and must be delivered by the national postal service. Registered shipping options may require signature. Remember to always provide your full shipping address when ordering so that your order can reach you as soon as possible.

After shipment, you should receive the package within the given time:

Italy: 1-5 working days

Europe: 3-12 business days

Rest of the world: International shipments outside Europe are known to take several weeks after shipment to be delivered. It can be delivered faster than that, but if your package hasn't arrived yet, please wait for it at least one month after shipping before contacting 500classic.com support.

We make every effort to deliver the goods on time, however delays can sometimes occur. We will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of the products within the foreseen times or for the non-delivery of the products. Once the goods are entrusted to the shipping company, all responsibility lies with the carrier.

If an item is damaged or a product other than the one purchased has been sent, contact us by email at our address info@500classic.com communicating the details of your order and the problem encountered.

Items purchased on our store can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Returned items must not show signs of damage or wear that have not already been found at the time of our shipment.

Any item returned with signs of damage and / or wear that may prevent the item from being sold may not be fully refunded.
